This is a clip from the WB Network’s Special “Hilary Duff’s Island Birthday Bash”.  It was shot in Hawaii and features Hilary’s smash hit “Rain”, which coincidentally was selected and still utilized as the theme song for MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, which also coincidentally David was a regular cameraman on for all 3 seasons of the series.
